All of today and yesterday I have been listening to The Horrors. Their new album, which is much different from their old! I've decided my favourite song on the album is 'Scarlet Fields' which is amazing and so relaxing...as well as 'Sea With A Sea' which was the first song I heard and loved, and still absolutely love. It always brings back memories of chilling at Manly beach at night just because we can and running around to that song.
The other day my friend Vanessa brought up how good it would be to see them live. Then I wondered what their concerts would be like - there's such a contrast between their new and old album, would they play stuff from both? And how would the mood of the crowd change towards that?...So that just made me want them to come here even more. I'm worried they will come here though, and it will be an 18+ gig. That would be pretty upsetting.
